It was time for Berlin to get it's own app
Berlin's bus, tram, and metro network lacked a dedicated app for purchasing tickets. With the talented Marco Waldner at Perspective.co, we were assigned the task of designing one ticketing app to rule them all.
An app for everyone to enjoy
It was challenging to design for such a broad audience, from the East German grandma to the Easyjet weekender. But the number speaks for themselves: millions of active users, a 4,6/5 rate on the Appstore and 4,3/5 on Google Play. My personal favourite is ditching the endless waiting lines at the ticket machines at the airport train station.
